In Japan, males who crossdress like female anime/manga characters are called Nisemusume。 The Kanji characters for Nisemusume are "偽娘". These two characters can also be read in Chinese and are pronouced in pinyin as wei2 niang2. "偽" means fake and "娘" means mother or young lady. "偽娘" is borrowed from the Japanese term for describing this young man and definitely fits him well.
