The Nation has reported recently that Thailand is clamping down on two of the top Universities for their female students' sexy uniforms.
The uniforms are not meant to be sexy. If worn the correct size and length, they look like any office lady day wear - white buttoned shirts and knee length skirts. The problem,however, is that the female students have taken to ordering their shirts a size (or two, or three) smaller and shortening their skirts to just inches below the nether regions.
